Why Strong Pelvic Floor Muscles Matter 
When pelvic floor muscles are weak, women can experience:
-unexpected urine leakage and loss (when lifting, laughing, coughing exercising)
-urgent and/or frequent need to urinate
-pelvic organ prolapse
-decreased vaginal sensation during intercourse

What Pelvic Muscles Do
The pelvic floor is a group of muscles and connective tissues that supports the pelvic organs (bladder, rectum, and uterus) and keeps them in place.  This functional physical relationship is very important important for maintaining continence.  Blood vessels and nerves run through the tissues of the pelvic floor to provide blood flow and sensation to the sexual organs.

 Why Pelvic Floor Muscles Weaken
