Myself Limited 1 Year Warranty:
DesChutes Medical Products, Inc. (DMP) warrants that the Myself
Trainer is free of defects in material and workmanship for a
period of 1 year from date of original purchase. It the Myself
Trainer exhibits a defect in material or workmanship, DMP
will, at its option, repair or replace the defective unit or
component, provided the consumer do the following:
1. Return completed registration card & proof
of purchase to DMP within 3 months of purchase.
2. Call DMP (800-383-2588) for Return Authorization.
3. Return the trainer only to DMP.
This warranty does not cover finishes, normal wear and tear,
damage resulting from accident, failure to use this product in
strict conformity with the instructions for use manual, misuse,
unreasonable use, water or exposure to moisture, tampering or
other modification of the unit, commercial use, or service
attempted or performed by an unauthorized service agent.
The previously stated warranties and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. DMP disclaims all implied warranties or merchantability or fitness for a Myself Trainer. In no event shall DMP be responsible for special or consequential or incidental damages, however caused.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights & you may
also have other rights, which vary, from state to state. Some
states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental
or consequential damages, so the above limitations or
exclusions may not apply to you.
